Respect others. Please speak softly (we call this ‘spa voice’) and remember to turn off your phone.

Be punctual. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment in order to have enough time and be ready in time for your treatment. If you are late, we will have to reduce your treatment time.

Let us know. Your health and well-being it is incredibly important, indicate in the health form or inform your therapist.

Stay safe. Please ensure you keep all your valuables and clothes safely stored in your locker.

Guests must be over the age of 16 years old; those under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

All spa packages must be paid for on confirmation of booking.

Gratuity Policy

Gratuity is a reflection of excellent customer service.

Gratuity is not compulsory for the guest to give an employee.

Entim Sidai policy for tip is that it shall be shared amongst the staff who have contributed to the guest excellent customer service and spa experience.

If a guest wishes to leave a tip for an employee, they can leave at the reception in an earmarked envelope to the employee.
